At Peek’a Boo Handmade Treasures – we want you to be 100% satisfied and in love with your purchase! Due to the custom nature of our products we offer a limited returns and exchanges policy. 

– If you receive a defective item, please contact us at peekaboohandmadetreasures@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. Items need to be returned within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, and in original packaging without any signs of use

– Any custom product with names or embroidery is considered final sale and is not returnable or exchangeable. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will try our best to meet your needs

– Any Sale items are considered final sale and is not returnable or exchangeable

– Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
